About Floor
Floor Pietersma has served as CEO of METCH since June 2023, where she runs the day-to-day business and leads production and strategic B2B partnerships. She is passionate about microbiome science and has spent the majority of her career growing Gladskin’s endolysin technology and product offerings. She joined METCH’s Micreos Group as a senior scientist in 2011 and has since held numerous roles at Micreos Human Health and Micreos BV, including scientific, business development and organizational positions.
Floor received a BSc in Pharmacy and MSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Utrecht and holds a PhD in Immunology from University Medical Center, Utrecht, where she researched T-cell immune responses following viral infections in stem cell transplant patients.
She lives in Bilthoven, The Netherlands, with her husband, 3 children, and her Labradoodle Tommie.

About Michel
Michel Zweers is CFO of METCH, where he oversees financial and strategic operations. He is a member of Micreos BV’s executive board. Michel is an experienced financial leader who has positioned numerous companies for growth, valuation, and shareholder value. Previously, Michel served as CFO and member of the executive board of PTV Group, which sold to Porsche Automobil Holding SE in 2017. He is an investor and strategic advisor to several startups and scale-ups in The Netherlands.
Michel studied Business Economics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He lives in Bussum with his wife, 2 kids, and Goldendoodle Benghi.
